Le roi du stade - The king of sport

Hier quelle journée! C'était Sports day a l'école et toute l'école s'est réunie au parc pour une grande journée de courses diverses et variées. L'an dernier j'avais un peu participé et personne ne savais comment j'allais réagir cette année. J'ai CAR-TON-NE. Y a pas d'autre mot. Miss Bond (ma super SEnco de l'école) avait organisé que je fasse peut être une course sur deux mais j'ai TOUT fait. Les 6 courses. J'étais dans l'équipe jaune avec Max et Daniel et pour certaines courses je ne suis pas arrivé le dernier. Donc c'était plutôt pas mal. Les photos c'est par la. Il faisait pas un temps magnifique mais j'ai vraiment super bien participé. Papa est même venu m'encourager! J'ai fait la course à trois jambes avec lui. Je l'ai aussi faite avec Miss Bond et Oliver. On a fait un relais et j'ai couru tout seul en restant bien dans ma ligne. Les grands étaient super ravis. Joana m'a aussi bien encouragé et a pris pleins de photos pour Maman. Donc grosse victoire.

Au fait, les gouttes du docteur Bach marchent vraiment bien. Chui beaucoup plus zen. Pour preuve, Maman les a arrêtées pendant quelques jours et elle a vu la différence. Beaucoup plus agité, plus fatigué tout ça. La semaine prochaine elle me donnera les gouttes spéciales voyage. Le départ approche!

J'vous laisse, je pars au parc. C'est peut être la grève générale du métro aujourd'hui mais rien ne m'arrette!

What a day yesterday my friends!
It was sports' day at school and my whole school travelled on the Overground to Hampstead Heath to participate in games and races. Last year I sort of participated but not much really. This year I-NAILED-IT. I did all the 6 races of the event. Miss Bond (aka wonder woman, aka the best senco EVER) thought I'd be able to do only every other race but I did EVERYTHING. Papa even came to support me. Photos are this way. The rain waited to fall after we came back at school so everything went well. Joana took a lot of pictures and cheered for me. Even the other parents cheered. I was in the yellow team with Max and Daniel. We were not the last ones in every race which is a victory in itself! We did the 3 legged race. I did it with Papa, Miss Bond and Oliver. We also did the sack race and the relay sprint. I ran by myself and kept my running lane. Adults were super happy to see me like this. So big victory.

BTW, the Bach flowers remedy are working very well. As a proof, Maman stopped them for a few days and my anxiety and stimminess came back at once. Next week she's going to switch the "stress" ones for the "travelling" ones as we are nearing our departure!

Gotta go. Even with the general strike I'm still going to the park to enjoy the sunshine.
