Mama's corner:
Juste un petit mot pour vous dire que la semaine derniere nous avons appris que notre local authority (camden) a retiré son accord pour placer Natan dans l'école que nous voulions.
A la 25e heure, après l'accord du juge, Camden a appris que la structure allait fermer! Je n'etais pas au courant. Du tout. De plus, la structure va changer de statut légal. L'école dans laquelle elle est basée actuellement est considérée comme mainstream ce qui convenait a notre bataille originelle. La structure maintenant va être une école à part entiere et catégorisée comme école spécialisée ce qui ne m'avait pas du tout été expliqué.
Nous sommes sous le choc depuis une semaine avec le moral qui joue au yo-yo. Nous n'avons aucune nouvelle du juge ou des autres parties.

J'attends un miracle mais je ne sais plus quoi faire. J'ai épuisé toutes les pistes et je refuse toujours d'envoyer Natan à Swiss Cottage.

Hello. Just a small post to tell you that last week we learnt out of the blue that Camden cancelled the placement for Natan at Heartlands High School. 
At the 11th hour, litteraly, after the judge's agreement and the apparent one from Camden, they learnt that the autistic unit was closing. This June. I was flabbergasted to learn this. I wasn't aware of this. Moreover, the structure is going to change legal status. The current unit is based in a mainstream school and is categorised as such. Now, they are going to be a standalone school with a status of Specialised school. This was our original battle where we fought against Camden to place our son in Swiss Cottage, a specialised school. I wasn't aware of this move at all.
We are completely chocked and our mood is up and down depending on days. We are still waiting for some feedback from anyone since a week now. Radio silence.

I'm praying for a miracle but I'm helpless now. I've exhausted all the ideas I've had and I still refuse to send Natan to Swiss cottage.
